In this episode I am sharing a little bit of my childhood trauma and what I believe was a huge factor in getting me to where I am now in my healing journey.
Childhood trauma is so tricky, especially when we don't remember details, or when we think we are "over it" until something triggers us sends us spiraling. That is what happened to me, and I am so thankful that I found support at the right time. I hope that by sharing part of my journey, you will be encouraged to know that you are not alone. I believe that God desires to partner with you to heal those areas in your life that need healing.
